Dave, that's me, is an accomplished veteran of the rat race. I have worked at three different fortune 500 companies and have enjoyed a six figure income inside a cubicle filled office for the last decade. I'm also a former varsity athlete for the University of Buffalo- great wings, lousy weather.

I was trained by a great staff of people at Univ. of Buffalo that included some professional football personnel like the former coach of the NFL's New Orleans Saints- Jim Hasslett. This, along with my Business degree laid the ground work around training, diet, fitness, financial smarts and general motivation techniques.
